Smacking down socialized medicine

September 30th, 2007 | No Comments | Posted in Loving the GOP, webstuff

Watch Jim Demint slap down socialized medicine. It’s good, really good. Makes me wish we could clone him and have a few more just like him in office.

Another reason to hate this area

September 30th, 2007 | 3 Comments | Posted in California, Support the Troops, wimps

You know, all I hear out here in the San Francisco area is how open minded everyone is and how they are so ‘accepting’. Bullshit. The only acceptance they have is for nut jobs who think exactly like they do and if you have a different viewpoint they will try and treat you like shit if they think they can get away with it. My latest example is this that I saw on Michelle Malkin’s site.

I won’t reprint the whole thing because you can go and read the original, but here is what happened in a nutshell. Marines that were returning home from Iraq were not allowed to enter the Oakland terminal and instead were forced to deplane sit out on the tarmac for 3 hours 400 yards away from the terminal even though at JFK terminal they were allowed inside. They pulled this crap on some troops back in 2006 too. This is the kind of bullshit that the uber-left out here tries to pull and treat our military like crap because “we don’t agree with you”.

Let’s get one thing clear, these men and women of all the armed forces have given up most of their rights to protect yours. I don’t care if you agree with the war or not, they still deserve the respect, AS A HUMAN BEING, that every liberal spouts everyone else should have. But the left is great for the “do as I say, not as I do” routine. They want respect but will never give it to anyone else.

While all these liberals sit around here and have their stupid “breasts not bombs” protests and their “chalk drawings for peace” these men and women are actually out there DOING something to make the world better by removing a brutal dictator and trying to help a nation rebuild and have their own government that will allow them to live like human beings instead of slaves the way Saddam had them.

If I were to force a bunch of anti war protesters to sit outside of my business and let everyone else in they would be screaming mad. Then, if I were to cover it over by saying “Oh well, it’s their fault because they didn’t communicate clearly with me” I would have every ACLU lawyer this side of Denver after my ass. So, where is the ACLU to defend the rights of these service people?? I’m going to bet that they’ll sit this one out too.

Cracking down on rampant hugging

September 28th, 2007 | No Comments | Posted in People are Stupid, School

I’m sure you all know what can happen when unchecked hugging is allowed to happen – total and uncontrolled chaos.  Yes, friends, unchecked hugging could lead to such things as gang violence, global warfare, drugs, and playing WHAM! albums in your room after 10:00 at night.

Thank god that this school has cracked down on hugging. As we know, discipline must be maintained at all times.

“Last year we would see maybe as many as 10 students on one side (of the hallway), 10 on the other and then, going in opposite directions, would sort of have a hug line going on and you could see where that would be a problem,” said Victoria Sharts, principal of Oak Park’s Percy Julian Middle School.

Seriously, this is just about as stupid as the last post with what John Edwards said.

Hmmm… maybe I found one of the 14% that would vote for him.

Yes, such a problem with hugging.  You don’t know who is hugging whom and boy we need to keep track of that. It’s probably linked to global warming too

I will keep saying this: “If it weren’t for the stupid people out there, I wouldn’t look as smart as I do.”

John Edwards has no brain

September 28th, 2007 | No Comments | Posted in People are Stupid, wimps

I never thought that John Edwards was the brightest bulb in the box, if you know what I mean, but this kind of statement makes me wonder how he ever graduated from college in the first place, much less got elected to a political office.

“We cannot build enough prisons to solve this problem. And the idea that we can keep incarcerating and keep incarcerating — pretty soon we’re not going to have a young African-American male population in America. They’re all going to be in prison or dead. One of the two.”

Yea, John, sure. Don’t let facts get in the way of your pandering for votes or anything, we would hate for you to actually KNOW what you are talking about before you open your mouth.

I’m not sure which is scarier, the fact that he is actually running for president, or that 14% of the population says that they would vote for him. For the love of god WHY WOULD YOU VOTE FOR THIS PHONY PIECE OF GARBAGE?!? He has no ideas, no policies, the best that he can do is his offer his “I’m for the poor people speech” and then try for the sympathy votes.

Hell, even Nancy Pelosi is beginning to look intelligent when you put her next to this idiot. God help us if he ends up in the White House, even as a VP because he would be the one sitting there saying “What does this button do??

Rachel Lucas has chimed in with her view on the always stupid-funny Edwards and his moronic statements, gotta love her  :)
