Doesn’t ‘no’ mean NO?

September 30th, 2009 | No Comments | Posted in Libtards, WTF

According to Debra Tate ‘no’ really doesn’t mean no after all.

Polanski was arrested Saturday in Zurich. The U.S. has been seeking his extradition for having sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977.

Tate says Polanski did not forcibly have sex with the girl, calling it a “consensual matter.”

Yeah, great guy.  We will ignore for the moment (like the left does) that the girl was well below the age of consent which means that it doesn’t matter if she thought she wanted to or not, it is still considered rape because the pedophilic bastard should have still kept his hands off of her.

Let us instead look at her statement on it to the police.

Two weeks after Polanski plied her with Champagne and a Quaalude, Samantha Gailey appeared before an L.A. grand jury and recalled Polanski’s predatory behavior in a Mulholland Canyon home owned by Jack Nicholson.

The teenager’s troubling–and contemporaneous–account of her abuse at Polanski’s hands begins with her posing twice for topless photos that the director said were for French Vogue. The girl then told prosecutors how Polanski directed her to, “Take off your underwear” and enter the Jacuzzi, where he photographed her naked. Soon, the director, who was then 43, joined her in the hot tub. He also wasn’t wearing any clothes and, according to Gailey’s testimony, wrapped his hands around the child’s waist.

The girl testified that she left the Jacuzzi and entered a bedroom in Nicholson’s home, where Polanski sat down beside her and kissed the teen, despite her demands that he “keep away.” According to Gailey, Polanski then performed a sex act on her and later “started to have intercourse with me.” At one point, according to Gailey’s testimony, Polanski asked the 13-year-old if she was “on the pill,” and “When did you last have your period?” Polanski then asked her, Gailey recalled, “Would you want me to go in through your back?” before he “put his penis in my butt.” Asked why she did not more forcefully resist Polanski, the teenager told Deputy D.A. Roger Gunson, “Because I was afraid of him.”

Gee, that sounds REALLY consensual doesn’t it?  I would have killed the son of a bitch if it was my daughter this happened to.  I would have hopped a plane to France and hunted him down like the fucking animal he is.  I have three items in my book that should get the death penalty – murder, rape and child molestation.  I don’t give a rats ass what “wonderful works” you have given to the world, once you do one of those three you have destroyed a persons life and, in many cases, they will never recover so why should we, as a society, take the chance that you won’t do it again?

That one girls life is worth a whole lot more than every Polanski movie ever made.  Bastard should be ass raped by the biggest, meanest son-of-a-bitch in jail until he is a crying puddle on the floor.  Yeah, I’m not a forgiving type – he RAPED a CHILD!

Oh, and here is a brilliant article on what a low life vermin Polanski truly is.

Found out today that my mom’s favorite dog Tuff died. He was 12 and had been fighting cancer for the last few years.

They caught it the first time and removed it from a spot on his leg and he was fine for almost three years, but this time it seems that it spread very quickly and what they thought was an abscessed tooth turned out to be cancer in his jaw that had spread from his leg. Rather than have him suffer through chemo and drugs just so she could keep him around for maybe a year more, mom made the choice to let him go.

Tuff was a show dog. He didn’t like obedience that much, probably because he was stubborn and what we like to call a ‘free spirit’ which is generally code for “pain in the ass that’s fun to have around.” But when it came to the agility courses Tuff shined. He lived to make my mom happy and liked nothing better than to get out and have some fun.

You hear about dogs that are “one in a million” but Tuff really was one.

Rest in peace Tuff.

Why the left loves child rapists and other narcissistic tendencies

With Roman Polanski finally under arrest and apparently going to be returned to the US to finally face the music, the lefty liberals in Hollywood have been in a tizzy over the whole thing. According to the logic presented by those intellectual giants who have joined the “Free Polanski” petition, Roman Polanski should be released for a number of reasons:

Brett Ratner – “The family has forgiven [Polanski]. The victim has forgiven him. The rest of the world has forgiven him,” said Ratner, who cast Polanski as a French detective in his movie “Rush Hour 3.” “The LA judicial system is corrupt. It’s horrible.”

Whoopi Goldberg - “I know it wasn’t rape-rape. It was something else but I don’t believe it was rape-rape. He went to jail and and when they let him out he was like ‘You know what, this guy’s going to give me a hundred years in jail I’m not staying,’ so that’s why he left.”

And there’s a bunch more over at Big Hollywood where Guys like Jeff Wells says such insightful things like

Has Polanski suffered at all for his crime, apart from going to jail for 42 days in 1977? Of course he has. The crime has been haunting his head and heart for 32 years and it has defined the political and geographical limits of his life and career for same amount of time — more than half his adult life. He’s lived as a fugitive, a restricted man, a hider in the shadows — never a good thing for anyone in a spiritual sense.

But in the minds of the haters, Polanski hasn’t begun to suffer enough. They’re determined to lash him to the rack and keep him there. They want Pilgrim justice, flayings, black caps, thumbscrews, howls and clanging metal doors.

Wow, poor Roman, forced to live a life in France making movies, going to parties and living in mansions. What a horrible ‘life in the shadows’ he’s had to live in, while his victim only had to go for 32 years with the memory of being RAPED by this piece of shit. Yes, raped. And I’m sorry we don’t want flaying, thumbscrews or any of that, we just want justice. You know the part about “Do the crime, do the time.” Yeah, that kind of shit.

And what did Polanski have to say about it

“If I had killed somebody, it wouldn’t have had so much appeal to the press, you see? But… f—ing, you see, and the young girls. Judges want to f— young girls. Juries want to f— young girls. Everyone wants to f— young girls!”

Later in the interview, Polanski says he likes Paris, to which he’d fled, because it’s “very grown-up”.

So, now we have evidence from his own mouth that not only is he a rapist, but also it is very likely that he is a child molester. So he moved to Paris so he could continue this behavior, is that it? And yet here are supposed adults who claim to love kids, want everyone to be protected, and say that we should do stuff “For the children” coming out and saying that he shouldn’t do any jail time for his crime. How the hell does this make sense in ANY universe?

All that I keep coming back to is this: The left is so narcissistic that it’s not about the crime he committed to a very young girl because they know nothing about her. She is a faceless figure to them but Polanski, why, he makes MOVIES!!! He’s one of them and they LOVE his work and so because of that, because he made something that they like personally, he gets a pass from them. Since he has the same ideology they do they will forgive him for almost anything.

The left loves his movies and are so in awe of his directing skills that they turn a blind eye to his crimes. They consider it a small price to pay for brilliance. Much like Ted Kennedy, the lefts view is that this one ‘indiscretion’ is being blown out of proportion. It was so long ago, he’s a great man. They have weighed what they consider his contributions to our society against his crime and decided that the so-called good outweighs the evil and so are willing to forget it. And by forgiving him they can show how compassionate they are.

It’s still amazing though how easily the left can ignore facts that they don’t like.

“It wasn’t rape-rape”

I don’t know, I would think that her pleading with him to stop as he groped and then vaginally, and anally, raped a young GIRL would be considered RAPE! I would think that anyone hearing of someone having sex with a thirteen year old girl would be outraged enough that they wouldn’t sit around and say “Well, it wasn’t really rape…” what the hell WOULD you call it?!?!

I often wonder if these same loony lefties would be so forgiving if it was their child that was raped. How kind would they be if they had a thirteen year old girl and she came home having to tell them a horror story like the girl Polanski raped? What would they do? Would they be able to look their daughter in the eye and say “Gee, Honey, he’s made such great movies that we don’t want anything to happen to him so let’s just hush this up, OK?”

Or would they go into a white hot rage and do everything they could to make sure this never happened to another young girl again? I know what I would do.

Our system of justice was created so that all would be able to stand equal in front of the courts. Polanski should go to jail and stay there for the full term of his conviction. If any Joe Schmuck had done what he did and then ran away for 30 years we wouldn’t be hearing the crying from the left about “Oh, he shouldn’t go to jail.” Thankfully our court system works on a different scale that the popularity contest so yes, he should go to jail in spite of the fact that Hollywood wants to change the ending.

But I guess following the laws and not raping people only counts in flyover country.
