Usama Bin Laden is Dead

Rot in Hell you piece of human filth.

**UPDATE**

Guess that waterboarding shit DOES work, what a F***in surprise – not!

Detainees “identified this man as one of the few al-Qaeda couriers trusted by bin Laden, [and] indicated he might be living with or protecting bin Laden,” the official said. But until four years ago, the United States was unable to track the courier down or uncover his real name. In 2009, U.S. officials narrowed down the region in Pakistan where the courier was working, senior administration officials said.

Yep, I’m gonna bet they didn’t give us that information because we asked nicely and gave them the Discovery Channel.

The War on… Milk??

Yes, boys and girls, forget all about the drug dealers south of the border, there is a worse threat that our government needs to address – the Amish.  Worse than crack, meth, or even a conservative with a bible and guns, the Amish have been selling – horror of horrors – raw milk to willing consumers who have given them money for it!!

So, in the name of freedom, justice and the free market system, the FDA has stepped in to put a stop to this dastardly situation.  Why how DARE the consumer decide that they want to purchase a product that the FDA doesn’t want them to!!  We should be grateful that the US government has stepped in and put an end to this practice.

“It is the FDA’s position that raw milk should never be consumed,” said Tamara N. Ward, spokeswoman for the FDA, whose investigators have been looking into Rainbow Acres for months, and who finally last week filed a 10-page complaint in federal court in Pennsylvania seeking an order to stop the farm from shipping across state lines any more raw milk or dairy products made from it.

So what if it’ the FDA’s position, who the hell are they to decide what I can or cannot eat.  As long as the farmer in question has made it clear that this is raw milk I am buying, get the hell out of my way and find something better to do.

This is the problem with the government today. The FDA started off with the goal of making sure that the food we were buying is safe and that the drugs put on the market won’t kill you.  Yes, it’s a good thing that they make sure sanitary guidelines are followed so that we have a standard of cleanliness we can expect when our Wheaties are boxed up and shipped to our home, but on the other hand, if I want to knowingly by something they don’t approve of, THAT IS MY RIGHT AS AN AMERICAN!

They are not my babysitter, mother, wife or girlfriend.  The idea that they can decide to shut down a business because they disapprove of the produce is – well, to be honest – exactly the kind of crap I have come to expect from this administration.  Worse is how much law enforcement resources were wasted and how much money was spent on this ‘investigation’ all to stop willing consumers from purchasing a product that, until the 1930’s, was the way everyone in this country got their milk, and in many parts of Europe they still get it today – raw and straight from the cow.
