Long Strange Trip

I started this blog five years ago in August because we were getting ready to move from Ohio to California and I thought it would be a good place to dump photos, let people know what was happening and in general keep in touch.

I grabbed WordPress (mainly because I hate Google) and a theme, then another theme, and another, until I found this one and settled on it.  I knew nothing really about the blogging world, except that I had stumbled across Rachael Lucas’ site and was reading her stuff, which led me to other stuff, etc….

Now, I’m running my own business out of a WordPress blog and made my first sale, I have a son, I’m back in New Mexico, and the wife and I are thinking of adding another member to the vast right wing conspiracy.

It really has been a long strange trip.
