Tam – I have to disagree with you on this. When they suspend sales to ‘review their policy’ it makes me wonder why.
When they don’t provide a reason for their policy review, and it is right after an event like this, it makes me think that they are doing the same thing that Dick’s did and trying to appease the lefty’s, which I don’t agree with.
Now, if they can provide a reasonable explanation as to why they suddenly needed to review their policies about sales then fine, but if they have been following all of the appropriate laws then this is a simple Fudd reaction.
CDNN’s reasons are a lot better than what CTD threw out.

I hesitate to sling anything that may be construed as mud on your site instinct so I hope you’ll forgive me for responding to Tam. She did kinda address me as well.
Tam. I did my homework though it’s obvious you assume I did not and simply overreacted. I saw the posts and comments about this very thing. I’m not buying it. They had inventory but decided to suspend gun sales and only gun sales. No explanation. No apology for the delay. No nothing. That tells me that they were more concerned with perceptions and potential fallout that supporting the 2A and their customers. No matter what they or their apologists say.
