Meghan McCain redefines “Epic Fail”

August 11th, 2009 | 1 Comment | Posted in I heart Michelle Malkin, Loving the GOP

I love Michelle Malkin, She’s smart, funny, well spoken and does her homework so she knows what she’s talking about. I tried picking up her new book at the store when it came in but by the time my shift ended we were out of them. I wrote to Michelle Malkin and told her of this disappointing moment in my life and she actually wrote back to me (I feel special now, and not the “special” kind of special either).

And then I wake up this morning, drive my wife to the airport (blog on that later) and as I’m flipping through Ace I see that Meghan McCain is attacking my favorite person in the press. Then, to top it off I get this email from my friend Jen:

You better jump in there, Instinct.  Meagan McCain is dissin your girl.

We all know that Meghan McCain is an attention whore who only got where she is because her daddy is John McCain and the press loves how she will attack everyone on the right while trying to convince us conservatives that “She’s one of us.” Problem is, every time she opens her mouth something stupid falls out.

I don’t know exactly what about me threatens them so much, other than that people are listening to me. Malkin has the No. 1 book on The New York Times bestseller hardcover nonfiction list, but I have nearly twice as many Twitter followers as she does.

Wow, Michelle Malkin (who I have a conservative crush on) is a bestselling author but because Meghan has sooo many followers on Twitter she is somehow a powerhouse force to be reckoned with. Can you say “Delusions of adequacy”? I knew you could. Who cares how many people are following you on Twitter, it’s free and (as others have said) most of it is to see how you will stick your foot in your mouth next.

No one wants Meghan to shut up because of her ideas, we would like her to shut up because her ideas (what few she throws out) are about as dumb as a screen door on a submarine.

It’s true that Democrats make being a member appealing in a much different way than the Republican Party does. The Democrats seem to have mastered inclusiveness—whereas Republicans, like a country club, seem to require a litmus test.

Meghan McCain is a prime example of someone who is famous for no other reason than who she’s related to. Her view of how the Republican Party should change is along the lines we have heard before – from the Democrats. We should be more inclusive, we should reach out more, and we should be more like the Democrats. Yea, we’ve seen the inclusiveness of the Democrats in action. They welcome diversity with closed fists as demonstrated by almost every protest rally that you have seen over Obamacare with Grandma Botox Pelosi calling those of us who oppose it ‘un-American”. They attack anyone who disagrees with them, physically assault those who don’t take their side, and do anything to try and drown out opposing viewpoints. Yea, those Democrats are so inclusive – as long as you are part of their hive mind style of organization.

Except that her dad tried that road, didn’t he? Didn’t win him an election either. In fact, the only reason a very large majority of us turned out to vote for him was because we were really voting for Sarah Palin. Yes, we LIKE Sarah Palin because she is a true conservative, and that has nothing to do with her religion or her having kids or the fact that she hunts. She is a conservative because she believes that the government should stay the hell out of people’s lives.

The old conservatives of the past need to start accepting that this is a new era and I am a part of a new generation. I am as sick of the infighting as everyone else, but I would like to point out that I am not the one starting this fight or demanding that the other half of the party leave.

REEEALLLY? You didn’t start it. Wow, you have the same kind of memory that Obambi has, Meghan. Maybe that’s why we don’t take you seriously as a Republican or a Conservative. How many conservatives like Limbaugh, Coulter and Palin have you attacked in order to get your name out there in the press? So yes, you need to shut up, not because we conservatives feel threatened by you but because you are an embarrassment to higher education. To think that you graduated from college and still have nothing to really offer the world, it’s a damn shame. You hold no conservative values and yet act like you are the new spokeswoman for the young conservatives of America. Hell, my sister in law is a better fit for that job than you, because she actually has ideas and is actually a conservative.

And I can assure them that unless they start being realistic about the cultural and generational differences between the two sides of the party, there will not be a new generation of Republicans.

Really? Then I suggest that she look at our armed forces and at the flyover country because I see more young conservatives coming up there than I do liberals. Hell, I even see young conservative beginning to appear here in the bay area the more I speak to my fellow classmates and slowly break through the BS indoctrination education they’ve received and get them thinking for themselves.

No Meghan, you are wrong. You are just another whinny liberal who is so self-absorbed you don’t even realize it. Go home and write another crappy children’s book (yes, I read it, it is crappy) because the real conservative women you hate so much could kick you to the curb in a debate over ideas without even breaking a sweat. You aren’t the voice of the new Republican party, you’re just a mouth.

Getting some balls

I found this over at Michelle Malkin’s site.

Mitch McConnell has lost his balls. Nobody is sure if it’s because he traded them for some pork, old age, or if he just lost them due to too much time in Washington, but in any event – he has no balls.

That’s where Operation:Send a Pair comes in:

Already, McConnell has been favorably quoting Bob Dole on the need to compromise with the Democrats.

So here’s what we need to do. I’ve said he lost his testicles and is now spreading a cancer of capitulation throughout the Senate Republican Conference. We need to send Mitch some balls.

It’s a shame really that Mich lost his.  What does he scratch when he gets up in the morning??

The Great Palin Turkey Slaughter

November 23rd, 2008 | 2 Comments | Posted in Libtards, Loving the GOP

I’ve gotten used to the fact that anytime the media says the word ‘Palin’ it will be done with a mix of disgust, horror, fear and shock, but the most recent example of ‘Palin Derangement Syndrome’ was good enough to get a nice chuckle out of me.

Sarah Palin went and did the traditional turkey pardon at a turkey ranch in Alaska.  No big deal right?  Oh no, because when she was doing an interview after the pardon you could see very clearly in the background a man using a machine to process the turkeys by cutting their heads off.  The Huffington Post (purveyor of all things liberal loony) portrays it this way:

After the pardon Palin proceeded to do an interview with a local TV station while the turkeys were being SLAUGHTERED in the background!! Seemingly oblivious to the gruesomeness going on over her shoulder, she carries on talking for over three minutes.

I’m going to guess that no one at the HP eats meat at all then, or watches Dirty Jobs because that show has shown things a heck of a lot more disturbing than turkeys being inserted head first into a decapitation machine.

Here’s the facts of life, for us to EAT the animal it has to be dead first.  And since most of us don’t really want to wait until old age takes the animal we wish to consume, that means we have to kill it.  Sarah understands this and she, in fact, does kill her own food which is probably why the “slaughter” didn’t bother her at all.  She’s not oblivious to it, she just understands the facts of life a lot better than the so-called journalists at the HP.

The other thing is this: If it was so gruesome and disturbing why didn’t the camera man set up the shot so that wasn’t included?  The way it is framed leads me to think that the camera man set it up this way intentionally.  His motives for this I don’t know, but having done camera work, still and motion picture, I would find it very difficult to believe that he wasn’t aware of everything that was in the cameras view.

On Michelle Malkin’s site she links to the NY Times whose editors are apparently crying in their lattes about the ‘executions’ of the birds.  Well guys, if it would make you feel better we could execute a few terrorists instead.  Also, Conservative Pilgrim nails it with his piece ‘Execute Babies: Absolutely. Execute Turkeys: You’ve Got to be Kidding Me!?!!’ What it comes down to is that the left is so scared of Sarah that even though the election is over and they are having some buyer’s remorse, they are STILL scared that in four years she will come back and destroy them.

Ya know what?  They’re right too, she will.
